[PoE2] My game has turn-based mode

Did somewhere in recent months PoE2 received turn based mode? Because when I launched the game today after couple months of break I was met with strange window showing something like two modes of play and when loading game it clearly shows Turn-Based Mode. And that's how my combat now works, lol. It's classic turn based mode, when I got a specific range to move, and can do 1 action per turn. What the heck? Is this some weird bug?
